Mr. Richard Alan Wix, age 54 of Westmoreland, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
Funeral Services for Mr. Wix will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019, from Lakeside Church of God of Prophecy with Bro. Chris Weathers officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019. All visitation will be at Lakeside Church of God of Prophecy, Westmoreland, Tennessee.
Mr. Wix was a member and deacon of Lakeside Church of God of Prophecy. He worked for Triumph Aerostructures as a Quality Inspector for 35 years.
Mr. Wix was preceded in death by his father, Danny Mayo Wix; grandparents Luther and Texas Coley; and grandparents Mayo and Margie Wix.
Mr. Wix is survived by his wife of 32 years, Bobbye Regina Spears Wix, Westmoreland, Tennessee; his mother, Patsy & (Wally) Naumann, Westmoreland, Tennessee; his sons, William Issac & (Jenna) Wix, and Christopher Alan Wix, both of Westmoreland, Tennessee; his daughters, Caitlyn Elizabeth Wix and Mary Isabella Wix, both of Westmoreland, Tennessee; grandchild Rylee Makenna Wix of Westmoreland, Tennessee; his brother, Timothy Michael & (Jenny) Scott, Texas; his sisters, Leigh Ann & (David) Braswell of Westmoreland, Tennessee, Lori Lyn & (Andy) Nabors, Cookeville, Tennessee, Lisa Marie & (Brian) Troutt, Hendersonville, Tennessee, Tanja & (Naullain) Kendrick, Sewanee, Tennessee, and Laurissa & (Deran) Martin, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his uncle, Gary Wix & (Martha Ann), Westmoreland, Tennessee; In-Laws Bobby and Wanda Spears, Melissa & (Glen) Calvert, Veronica & (Scotty) Anderson, Thomas & (Shelia) Spears, all of Westmoreland, Tennessee; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Lakeside Church Adoption Ministry or Hayden Fest.
