Investigators with the Gallatin Police Department Flex Team on Monday located and arrested Brandon Flatford on Second Degree Murder charges.
This arrest concluded a nine-month investigation involving the death of Philip Dobbler which occurred on May 13, 2018, in the 700 block of N. Water Ave. in the City of Gallatin.
On that date, Brandon Flatford is believed to have sold Phillip Dobbler a Fentanyl laced substance as heroin which contributed to his death.
Brandon Flatford’s sister in law, Melissa Patterson also was arrested and charged with (1) Count of Sale of Schedule I Substance (Heroin).
Brandon Flatford and Melissas Patterson are both confined to the Sumner County Jail pending an appearance in Sumner County Criminal Court.
