The Westmoreland Fire Department responded to an overnight fire at the Copper Ridge Apartments in Westmoreland.
One building at the complex suffered severe damage that includes eight apartments. Everyone made it out safe according to officials at the scene.
The call came in around 1:30 a.m and the Westmoreland Fire requested the help of several other local agencies. Those agencies included Southeast Community Fire, Portland Fire Department, Gallatin Fire Department, Gallatin Volunteer Fire Department, Oak Grove Fire, and the Sumner County Fire Buffs.
Fire officials are still on the scene investigating the fire.
