Armed robbery suspects crash during police pursuit; two are in custody, two are at large

Gallatin Police on Monday evening arrested two armed robbery suspects after they crashed during a police pursuit.

Two other suspects are still at large, police said in a press release.

Police responded at approximately 5:11 p.m. Monday to the scene of the armed robbery in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree store at 835 Nashville Pike.

According to police three black males and a white female robbed a female at gunpoint in the parking lot, taking her purse and car keys. The race of the suspects was the only information given.

The suspects fled the scene in a white, Toyota SUV. Officers located the vehicle and attempted to stop the SUV on 109 South in Gallatin. The vehicle crashed at 109 and
Hancock, and then suspects fled on foot from the scene. A short time later, two male suspects were taken into custody near the scene of the crash. There are two additional suspects that are still at large and last seen on foot in the area of 109 and Hancock. The only known descriptions at this time is dark colored clothing with possibly a gray hoodie.

Police said this is still an active investigation and more information will be released as it is obtained.
