Taziki’s Mediterranean Café recently leased space for a new Columbia location, has expanded its Brentwood restaurant and has now selected Hendersonville as the next community for a Taziki’s Mediterranean Café to put down its roots.
“We believe Hendersonville will be the perfect location for our next Taziki’s home,” said Dale Wasem, of Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe. “By 2019 we will have 10 locations in the Nashville market and 14 in Tennessee.”
The newest location will be built at 206 Indian Lake Boulevard in Hendersonville. Taziki’s will soon have more locations in Tennessee than any other state.
The Taziki’s Brentwood just bought an adjoining space in the shopping complex where the restaurant is currently housed, enabling that location to expand its seating capacity from 96 to 144.
After researching, Taziki’s found that half of their business was driven from takeout orders. Now the Brentwood restaurant as well as the new Columbia and Hendersonville locations will have larger spaces for customers to retrieve their food at the ‘To Go’ counter. The restaurant currently offers convenient ways to order ahead, both with a mobile app and online ordering options.
“Taziki’s has seen an increase in sales in recent months and so expanding our footprint in the Nashville market makes sense,” said Wasem. “We are thankful to our customers for believing in what we do and our commitment to use simple, wholesome ingredients and make everything from scratch daily.”
The restaurant’s website, tazikiscafe.com, provides descriptions of each entrée as well as nutritional information.
